Introduction​

The spherene integration for Grasshopper, sphereneGRASSHOPPER is a powerful design tool that enables you to design and create spherene® metamaterial, a new class of minimal surfaces based on Adaptive Density Minimal Surface (ADMS) geometry.

With sphereneGRASSHOPPER, you can locally tweak the density, thickness, surface-bias and other parameters while retaining the inherent properties of a minimal surface (zero mean curvature). This adaptability extends to conforming with surrounding geometry, making spherene a versatile choice for various 3D printing methods.
